Tony runs a shop in Luckenback, Texas. He shapes, and sells cowboy hats. Tony is an unassuming, quiet man of very few words, but in previous years Tony lived in the middle of nowhere Texas and would go off for days, by himself, to catch cattle rustlers. Toward the end of his career he would catch drug runners - with a rope and his horse.
